The Church Is Destroying America, But Not Like You Think (Op-Ed)


My fellow Patriots,

Our country is collapsing and there is one single reason for this.

Hearing the gospel is only important for those who are not Christians yet. Once a person has become a Christian they need to know how to implement faith into their everyday lives and in the culture, and in the political system. The Church in America as a whole, has forgotten this. They constantly preach the Gospel and the nature of God to their congregations, but never how to live as Christians, how to vote as Christians, or how to be bold as Christians. This is the cause of the sole reason that America is failing as a country and that corruption is rampant in our government. I say that this is the cause of the reason, because God is the reason that America is failing. God has pulled his hand of providence from America because we as a people have turned away from Him. The reason we the people and society have turned away from God is because the church has not been active in society as a positive influence towards Christ and the Bible.

People can not live their lives for something and have morality, if that thing and those morals are unknown to them. It is the equivalent of having to win a car race but not knowing the race track or how to drive a car and that to win the race, everyone has to reach the finish line or no one wins; and on top of everything, the finish line is hidden to everyone except those who are part owners of the race track with no other way of finding it. A person can try to figure out how to drive a car and go down the track, but they will never find the finish line and will most likely crash from lack of knowledge of the track or how to drive. That is what is happening in America and in our political system today. God is the race track owner and the church is the pace car as well as the driving instructor. Only through God can the finish line be found and reached, but since God only very rarely physically speaks to people, it is up to the church, as the pace car and driving instructor, to not just introduce you to God, the race track owner, but to take what they learned by serving the race track owner and teach others to drive the race car and complete the race track. 

Now imagine that completing the race track is having a government that follows the intent for governments as defined by our Founding Fathers, who derived that duty from the Bible. The pace car and the driving instructor (the Church) is refusing to teach and guide people to complete the race (the Biblical duty of government). This means that we the people have no knowledge of how the government is supposed to work, except for a few, and there is not enough people who know how to drive and know the race track to guide the rest of the drivers to complete the race.

The one entity that was literally created to guide people to complete the race has failed at their job and because of it, no one can win the race. As the analogy has said: the church is the entity that is supposed to guide society and the government towards Christ and the Biblical intent for the government so to serve God. The church has failed. Of course they can still turn everything around, but the church has to get involved in using the Bible to instruct their congregation on what policies and leaders to support. The church in America needs to emulate what Pastors Jack Hibbs and Rob McCoy and other pastors have done. They get involved in politics because they have read the Bible and they know how God wants people to act in relation to different societal policies, such as right to life, equality under the law, and justice under the law. 

The race is not quite over yet, but we are reaching the point of no return; and if the church does not get involved NOW, America and the world will fall under the tyranny of Satan and of his darkness until Jesus Christ returns for His second coming!
